He used ACERO cutlery and TRI-GEN cookware to demo Beet and Citrus Cured Salmon, Florida Shrimp Sliders, Pan Seared Steak with Shallots, Campanella Pasta with Italian Sausage, Sauteed Breast of Chicken, Seafood Cassoulet, and Paella.
