Kevin Gawronski, CMC
Chef Kevin Gawronski is one of 68 American Culinary Federation Master Chefs in the United States. He holds membership in the American Culinary Federation Research Chef’s Association, Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association and American Master Chefs Organization.
Chef Kevin graduated from Schoolcraft College in Michigan with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Over the years Chef Kevin has taken part in numerous local, national and international competitions, both as a competitor and a coach. He personally received medals in Chicago, Michigan, Singapore, and at the Culinary Olympics in Germany. His competition teams have medaled locally, nationally and internationally in every competition entered, including four national titles.
Kevin’s industry experience includes 32 years in Schoolcraft College’s Culinary Arts program. During that time he taught all aspects of Culinary Arts and managed the entire program for five years. In addition, he consulted in the industry doing product development, equipment layout and design and menu development. Chef Kevin also owned and operated two independent Italian restaurants.
