Anton Flory, CMC

Master Chef Anton Flory was one of the first five chefs to earn the Certified Master Chef title in 1981.

 Career Highlights:

  • Former Executive Chef at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, Vermont and The Inn at the Mountain.
  • Former faculty member at the Culinary Institute of America.
  • He was involved in countless fundraising events, supporting local and national causes from the Stowe Education Fund to the American Heart Association.
  • He was a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and its honor society the American Academy of Chefs (AAC).
  • He was a member of the Les Amis d’Escoffier Society, the Chevalier de la Chaine des Rotisseurs and the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) where, in 2008, he obtained a Global Master Chef Certification (WGMC).
