
Master Chef Steve Jilleba joined WINCO’s booth at The NAFEM Show in Orlando, FL on February 1-2, 2023. He used ACERO cutlery and TRI-GEN cookware to demo Beet and Citrus Cured Salmon, Florida Shrimp Sliders, Pan Seared Steak with Shallots, Campanella Pasta with Italian Sausage, Sauteed Breast of Chicken, Seafood Cassoulet, and Paella.
